Clamping Rails

Side Clamping Rails- We manufacture tension rails for all makes and models of original manufacturer equipment. Thickness ranges from 1/4" to 5/16" and material is an A-36 steel. Formed with or without holes per your specifications to fit Cedar Rapids, Pioneer, Seco, Telesmith, Tyler, and El Jay machines.
Clamp rails can also be custom manufactured if the hole size and distance between holes are specified. If available, we can also use your old clamp rail as a template.

Rubber and Polyurethane tension rails are also available upon request as 1/2" rubber vulcanized onto a 5/16" steel rail, with a 1/16" backing plate in between. Due to the flexibility of the patented vulcanized rubber tread design; large rocks hitting the rubber flex it inward instead of penetrating and breaking the rubber. Urethane tension rails are made of 1/4" A-36 steel with either 5/8" or 1" thick urethane on the wear and impact surfaces. The bolt holes are recessed into the rail and are equipped with plugs for a smooth surface area. These sturdy side rails stand up to abrasion and impact in both wet and dry applications.
