We’ve been making screens for over 30 years, and our ISO quality certification ensures that we do it right…every time. Pre-tensioned screens for Sweco® equipment offer even and efficient tensioning of both metal and synthetic wire cloth. Available in diameters from 18” to 72”, these screens are fabricated to ensure maximum screen life through efficient product performance. And our comprehensive inventory, one of the largest in the industry, ensures quick turnaround of your order.

Replacement vibratory screens for Sweco ® Equipment

Our hooked screens can be produced to match your specifications and tailored to match your immediate needs. Shrouds made of all alloys including galvanized stainless steel, mild steel, copper, etc., are enhanced by various types of insert material such as canvas, mesh, metal and urethane.

Years of research and testing have provided us with the ability to maximize screen tension with the perfect match of shroud gauges and insert material to the wire cloth being utilized. Complete replacement vibratory screens come ready for installation in any OEM equipment, including Sweco®.

Heat sealed protective tape and bolt holes are used for extending screen life. By securing the screen to the vibrating unit in this fashion, extreme vibration is limited while allowing for maximum loads.

Sweco ® Replacement Round & Pretensioned Screens

Whether you are sizing or separating dry material or liquid, our round and pre-tensioned screens can be welded or epoxied (including FDA-approved epoxy) to suit your application. High temperature adhesive is available for those applications running up to 200 degrees F. For applications requiring higher temperatures, spot-welded rings are fabricated. Our screens are used extensively in multiple industries such as food processing, pharmaceuticals, metal powders, toners, sand, resins and polymers, and other fine materials.

Screens are produced in a temperature controlled environment to fit all OEM equipment, including Sweco®. Years of research and development have enabled us to cultivate an effective method of even and efficient tensioning of both metal and synthetic wire cloth. Our screens are built to resist blinding and blockages.
Sixteen-gauge stainless steel rings are used in multiple OEM equipment. They can be welded or epoxied (epoxy approved for FDA applications is also available).
Center rings and protective gaskets are used to strengthen and hold the bolt hole down. These rings are stamped with the wire specifications for easy identification in any processing environment. And our superior adhesive ensures a long lasting screen.
Screens may be fitted with Ultrasonics; these screens create a secondary, ultrasonic vibration that prevents blinding on fine meshes. The homogenous sound distribution inside and outside the resonator-ring causes an increase in the screening performance over the entire surface of the ring. We can retrofit screens of any size and design with ultrasonics, and the technology is suitable for use in all vibratory screening machines.
Advantages of using ultrasonics include

  • Significantly improved screening performance
  • Consistent throughput and particle size distribution
  • Smaller mesh sizes offer equivalent of higher throughputs
  • Higher capacity utilization and improved separation effect
  • Eliminates the need for mechanical cleaning while increasing the life of the screen fabric.

We offer a full line of parts, such as balls and sliders, to maximize your screen performance. Other parts available include connectors, sleeves, boots and brushes, as well as BFM fittings. For your ultrasonics screens, transducers and related components are also available.

And a word about your used round and pre-tensioned frames…don’t dispose of them – we can refurbish and rescreen them. It’s cost-effective and convenient.
