Aggregate Replacement Screens
Compass offers standard and custom solutions for various industries, including aggregate, recycling, and mining. Our three styles of high-quality aggregate screening surfaces minimize pegging and blinding while still separating debris from materials.
- Alternating straight and formed wires vibrate at different speeds, cleaning the screening surface.

Fabricated Edged Screens
Compass has a diverse product line of five types of edging to meet the needs of a variety of applications, including food-grade options.
Bonded Edge
- Natural cotton webbing coated with heat-activated adhesive
- Developed for food-grade applications and approved for indirect contact, but used for many other industries as well
- Operating temperature of up to 300°F
- Sewing is available on request
High-temperature
Edge - Nomex®
- Nomex bonding tape is a U-bind construction and heat-sealed
- Formulated for processing materials at high operating temperatures up to 600°F
Polyester Edge
- Specifically designed for adhering permanently to both polyester and nylon woven wire cloth
- No need for sewing with this U-Bind product
Vinyl Edge
- Washable screens
- FDA-approved and bacteria-proof
- Recommended for processing applications where sanitary requirements are a high priority
Metal Edge
- Best for heavier applications
- Available in multiple alloys: mild steel, stainless steel, and galvanized steel alloys
- Applications typically include scalping or ball support
Pretensioned Round & Rectangular Screens
Compass offers round and pretensioned screens for all OEM equipment based on years of research ensuring even and efficient tensioning of all metal alloys and synthetic cloth. For round vibratory screeners, rings may be spot welded or epoxied to meet temperature or application needs.
In addition to standard screen types, we offer Ultrasonic, Sandwich, and Supported Screens.
