Self Cleaning Parts

Balls and slider rings are used between the screen deck layers on a round screener to help deblind the screen and move the media through the machine. Sandwich Screens are an option where the sliders are ‘sandwiched’ between 2 screens.

De-blinding balls are designed to dislodge particles that clog screen mesh, maintaining optimal throughput in your screening applications.

Materials are available in EPDM, Gum Rubber, Silicone, Polyurethane or Magnetic

Nnylon sliders are used for continuous de-blinding action work in partnership with balls to improve thoughput. Used in vibratory, gyratory and pressurized screeners.
